This building was 324-326 Park Avenue. Probably after 1936 it became the Park Avenue Apartments. It was torn down ca 1972;

His store must have been in Derry Church at this time - when he was still a young man, according to the sign on the wagon - also note that the sign painter ran out of room for the last "e" in the name;
