Welcome to our Online Collections Database!
The Hershey History Center was established in 1991 with a mission to preserve and promote the history and heritage of our diverse community. Our Society has a collection of approximately 30,000 historic photos. We are continuously publishing updates to the collection for online searching, viewing and purchasing; currently, there are close to 1000 photos to view. New records are continuously added to the database so check back often.

Tips for Searching
A Great place to start would be to browse our gallery of photographs by clicking the View More Galleries link above.You may also use the buttons at the top of this screen to search our archives.
• Search by Term provides a quick way to search through our catalog records without having to know the exact term names or people in our collection.
• Advanced Search can help you be more specific with your search.
• Photo Search is like the Keyword Search but will also allow browsing displayed photos.
• Use the Random Images button to browse the collections. Each page displays a random assortment of images from the records online.

Purchasing Image Reproductions
Images displayed are available for purchase as digital reproductions. To request a particular image, please click the Request Image button and complete the form. Include your contact information and details of how you plan to use the image. Costs will be provided in reply to your request. As a volunteer organization, replies may take up to two weeks. Please contact us at info@hersheyhistory.org if you do not have a response within 14 days.
